This ws the first book writeen by Orhan Pamuk after he on nobel prize. The book starts with a love making scene narrated purely in Pamuk style. The book is about a wealthy businessman's attempt to immortalise a doomed affair with a lower class girl bu collecting memorabilia junk. This being book by Orhan, you must have mood lingering while reading the book.
